In an effort to provide continuing education opportunities to Chileans dedicating their careers to public service, a Luksic Fellowship was established at Columbia University\u2019s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) in 2011. Admitted candidates from the Chilean Ministry of Energy earned MPA degrees in the Program in Economic Policy and Management, while the Ministry of Environment employees attended the Program in Environmental Science and Policy.
